GALLUP — “Real water for real people in real time.” It’s a phrase U.S. Sen. Jeff Bingaman helped coin several years ago in regard to the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project, and Monday the senator was told that certain portions of the project could be online within two to three years, and in some cases, even sooner.
